Move the "Katana 5" folder that is inside the "aircraft:" folder to the "aircraft" folder of your FS9 installation.
Move the contents of the "Gauges" folder to the "Gauges" folder of your FS9 installation.
Start up flight sim and look for this aircraft under the Manufacturer "Diamond Aircraft". The aircraft type will be DV-20 "Katana 100".
